St Peter, Maldon
One of the town's three medieval parish churches, it fell into disuse after the Reformation, and then in 1704 became Thomas Plume's library, the collection of which it still houses today as Maldon Medieval Heritage Centre. The inside has been split into two floors, and some fixtures and fittings went to nearby All Saints and to St Mary down on the waterfront during the 19th and 20th Centuries.
