1780: Elizabeth Rickard born at Saffron Walden, Essex.

1809: Elizabeth married Edmund Reynolds on the 31st January at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex. Ten weeks later, Edmund and Elizabeth's son James was born, and baptised on 16th April at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex.

1811: Edmund and Elizabeth's son John was born, and baptised on 24th November at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex.

1814: Edmund and Elizabeth's son Thomas Robert was born, and baptised on 16th January at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex.

1818: Edmund and Elizabeth's daughter Sarah was born, and baptised on 1st November at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex.

1820: Edmund and Elizabeth's son Thomas was born, and baptised on 22nd May at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex.

1841 census:

Elizabeth was fifty-five years old at the time of the 1841 census. The census gives the address as Cottage, Great Sampford, Essex. The next household on the schedule was White House Farm.

Her husband Edmund was 55 years old. He was working as a tailor.

Elizabeth had one child at home at the time of the 1841 census. Susan was 20.
